Jamie Hatchett
Therapeutic Coach
I believe in the deep and lasting power of therapeutic work to heal, grow, and reshape a life. My own journey was changed through this process, and that experience fuels my passion for helping others. I offer a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to be yourself, explore what matters most, and begin understanding your inner world with clarity and compassion.
My work brings together psychotherapy and coaching to create a space that is both reflective and forward focused. I support people who feel stuck in patterns of self doubt, people pleasing, relationship struggles, or a sense of uncertainty about who they are and where they are going. Together, we explore the roots of these patterns while also building confidence, purpose, and practical direction for the future.
I draw from Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapy, and I support clients through relationship issues, grief, LGBTQ+ experiences, and the pressures that come with professional and corporate life. My approach is grounded in genuine connection, because healing and growth begin when you feel truly seen and understood.
Whether we meet in person or online, the space we create together is one of curiosity, care, and deep respect for your unique path and pace. If you would like to explore working together, you are welcome to reach out for a free fifteen minute video consultation so we can connect and see how I can support you.
